Apply now Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting for an Interim Finance Officer that specialises in Purchase Ledger, for a well-established not for profit organisation based in London. This is a vital role to provide additional support during a busy period in the department. The role will last for an initial six months on an interim basis, with the potential to be extended. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role is responsible for the day to day finance duties and keeping completed and accurate financial records for the organisation. You will be responsible for coding, amending and posting invoices; reconciling all supplier statements; managing payments via BACS or cheque and posting credit card and staff expenses. Additionally, you will provide support with the preparation of year end accounts and an upcoming audit. The post holder needs to be committed in the work they do, with a flexible approach to make a contributing effort to support the finance team. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a methodical and organised work ethic. Previous use and knowledge of Sun accounts is essential for this post.The ideal candidate will be at least part qualified AAT or equivalent, with previous experience of working in an accounts department for a small or medium sized not for profit organisation. You will need to be immediately available or on a very short notice period. My client is moving quickly and reviewing CVs on a daily basis.
