Apply now UK Regulatory Reporting Accountant required by this leading international Lloyd's market insurance business. The role will assist with the preparation of review and analysis of syndicate level and central annual accounting and Pillar 3 data submissions including the resolution of queries; and to enable the organisation to publish its market financial statements and meet its regulatory reporting deadlines to the PRA. Principle responsibilities will include Assist in the preparation of Pillar 3 submissions to the PRA at company and syndicate level Provide support to market in addressing syndicate queries and resolving technical issues Review and analyse syndicate Pillar 3 submissions and engage with managing agents to resolve queries Work closely with and provide technical support to relevant teams on delivery of Pillar 3 requirements Engage closely with the IT team to support the ongoing review and maintenance of the market software submission package (Core Market Returns - CMR) and Lloyd's central processing and review systems. This includes testing of CMR systems and identifying/ resolving issues Prepare Lloyd's and syndicate level submissions in the correct format for submission to the PRA Preparation of Lloyd's market financial statements Review and analyse syndicate QMA submissions (used to prepare the market financial statements) and engage with managing agents to resolve queries Assist in preparation of market financial statements as and when required Suitable candidates will hold a professional accounting qualification or be studying for one (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and must have current exposure to UK GAAP, Solvency II (Pillar 3) and Lloyd's QMA returns.
