The role is deal focused and offers autonomy and significant career progression opportunities. Specifically you will take ownership of: - Due diligence and M&A transactions - Tax Planning and strategy work - Tax advice to internal stakeholders- Transfer pricing and tax risk management duties- Compliance oversight and managing external advisers As well as being ACA/CTA qualified with excellent communication skills and proven management skills, you must be from a Big 4 background with experience in real estate tax structuring and M&A Transactions from a UK and European perspective.
