Apply now Excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Loss Adjuster to join an in-house Loss Adjusting team based in Manchester. This is an office-based role and will involve managing a mixed caseload of higher value Commercial Property claims - using remote video capability on appropriate losses, or overseeing and directing the activity of External Adjusters. Need someone with Commercial Property field adjusting experience who is keen to come in-house. Role will include:Use video technology to assist in the validation, quantification, and settlement of claims.Ensure the correct technical outcomes and deliver exceptional customer service.Identify non-standard or complex claims which require early escalation to a specialist resources for handling.Contribute to the technical development and coaching of team members. Candidates will: Demonstrate strong insurance technical, relationship building, influencing and communication skills.Ensure personal compliance with all legal, regulatory and policy requirements. Skills/Knowledge required:Commercial Property technical claims handling/field adjusting background [at a well-established level].Strong policy contract interpretation skill essential.Previous use of scoping technology and awareness of standard construction methods desirable.Coaching experience preferred.Preferably industry qualified to a minimum of Dip CII and or Dip CILA, and with a willingness to progress further.BDMA technician level accreditation or equivalent [or willingness to achieve].
