You will be taking over an existing desk but will also develop new business, London and nationwide. We are open to applicants with experience as a Junior Consultant or IT Resourcer. Key duties: Account Management of existing clients to gain repeat businessFill permanent, fixed-term contract and temp / freelance IT/Technical jobsBuild relationships with candidates creating a pool of strong and available candidatesSpec in candidate CVs and summaries to hiring managers and HRBusiness development including job chasing of advertised rolesSend out regular promotional email shotsKeep accurate records using integrated website and databaseResearch industry developments and attend relevant networking events Experience / skills required: Some experience of working in the area of IT/Technology in recruitment, sales, media etcKnowledge/experience of these areas - Product Management, Business Change & Transformation, Technology Architecture & Strategy, Data & Analytical etc.Business development by telephone and in personSales experience, target driven and confident in your ability to bring in new businessExcellent communication skills, client focussed and able to build lasting relationshipsProactive, enthusiastic and desire to succeedA passion to work in recruitmentGreat multi-tasking and time management skills also calm under pressureGood organisation and able to plan own workloadFriendly team player Atwood Tate embraces diversity and seeks to promote the benefits of diversity in all of our business activities and to develop a business culture that reflects that belief.
