As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for generating new business, sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process for both clients and candidates. Additionally you will need to develop existing relationships in order to expand our current business levels. Full onsite training will be given. The ideal candidates will have experience in a targeted environment - either recruitment or another sales role is a distinct advantage however we are open to look at other related backgrounds. The successful candidate must be a self-motivated individual who has the drive and determination to succeed in a sales oriented and targeted environment together with a professional approach. A strong business acumen together with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are also essential to secure this challenging role.
