Apply now Human Resources Business Partner Summary: Seeking strong Human Resources candidates with demonstrated experience in building strategic partnerships in a generalist or consultative based position. Our business is split into 4 business units and this role is part of our Property Services Business Unit (UK) based in Paul St, London. The HRBP will provide HR business partnership to the Business Unit, effectively leveraging knowledge, expertise and systems to deliver HR solutions that add value to the business. The role will have one direct report (HR Advisor) Location: Paul St, London Role: The HRBP role is key to successfully driving and supporting our HR Strategy within the Property Services Business Unit. The role will be based primarily in our offices at Paul St, London and will require travel at times, so diary management and flexibility is required. The position will be supported by a HR Advisor who will focus on transactional and operational HR activities allowing the HRBP to guide, support & influence. The HRBP will play a pivotal role providing: Consultancy, support with strategic thinking & influence on all people issues and HR projects aligned with the business goals and HR strategy, whilst ensuring compliance and transactional satisfaction to all stakeholders Responsibilities: To support the MDBU and Leadership team to ensure the most effective BU structure with clear roles, responsibilities and scope is in place to support and enable business success & growthImplement a performance management & development process appropriate to the BU and aligned to the group wide agreed strategy and approach. Reviews and performance will be led by MD with feedback and input from Group HRDSupporting the group wide employee initiatives and championing them within the BU, including culture and employee engagementTo manage, mentor, proactively develop & support appointed HR Advisor to ensure that they are achieving agreed objectives and contributing positively to the HR function in the business unitTo coach, support, mentor and challenge management team in the application of HR policies & processesReporting and analysing on key people metrics within the BU to identify areas of opportunity and areas requiring attentionAttend and report at Monthly BU meeting, attend Sector Operations and HR meetings as required, providing a link between HR best practice and the needs of the OperationWork closely with Group HRD to contribute, design, agree and roll out HR strategies, policy, processes, projects and initiativesWork closely with Commercial Manager and bid/sales team within BU to provide support and clarity on people processes and people-related aspects of the business at a strategic levelWork closely with MD and Group HRD to ensure a group wide and BU-specific blended approach is achievedTo proactively manage and resolve any escalated (per policy guidelines) IR and/or ER issues Requirements: Experience in influencing management and guiding through policy implementationExperience in multi-site locationsExperience in diary management, planning and working remotely are key to the success of the roleExperience in rolling out HR strategy and initiatives, project management and TUPE would be beneficialCIPD qualified with solid and demonstrated experience in a generalist or consultative based positionWorking knowledge of Employment legislation in UKFull, clean driving licenseExperience in the outsourced services or services industry desirable Remuneration: T his role commands a competitive base salary
