We ensure our team are provided with excellent support/training in all aspects of Property Management, both in current legislation and good practice. We are now searching for a Home-Based Block Manager to join us on a permanent basis. Your role as one of our Property Managers will be to effectively manage and provide a full Property Management service to a portfolio of residential developments across Cheshire and the surrounding area. You will be managing this portfolio with the excellent assistance from our Head Office support teams and fellow Property Managers to enable you to provide only the best service to our customers at all times. In this role you will be responsible for carrying out site inspections, monitoring H&S, preparing and managing service charge budgets, overseeing and managing major works, including issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and chairing AGM's. You will be experienced in Block management with a keen awareness of current Health and Safety legislation, as well as a good comprehension of the Landlord and Tenants Act. Our ideal person for the role will be passionate, driven with a real desire to build and maintain strong relationships, able to manage and motivate staff, with good problem-solving skills, and a strong diplomatic approach to their work. In addition to this you will be personable, proactive and professional. Minimum Requirements At least 2 years' experience in Residential Block ManagementExperience setting Service Charge Budgets and processing Section 20 worksExcellent communication, IT and customer service skills Desirable Requirements Industry qualifications such as IRPM or RICS, IOSH/NEBOSH also desirableExperience managing a similar portfolio in the North West Salary Range and Benefits This position is offering a salary of between £25K - £30K depending on experience plus a £4K annual car allowance, benefits scheme and further training.
