This is achieved through their dedication and support to every learner, young person, entrepreneur and delivery partner in achieving maximum potential and success. To support on the development and design of high quality, curriculum and learning materials for higher level management apprenticeships standards in relevant sectorTo take full responsibility for own caseload, to engage and support a manageable caseload to achieve their apprenticeships in a timely manner by providing meaningful teaching, learning and assessment sessions, conducting regular formal progress reviewsTo follow all requirements of the common inspection framework, ESFA and awarding bodies as it relates to learner progress and achievement.Engage meaningfully with learners in line with the delivery plan, scheme of work and curriculum content.Ensure timely success rates in the Management SSA are a minimum of 97% for all learnersEnsure all delivery meets Ofsted's and funder's quality and audit requirementsMaintain paperwork error rate of less than 5%Attain and maintain an outstanding grade in Observation of Teaching, Learning and AssessmentBe responsible to support the planning and delivery of a range of higher level managements programmes.Carry out a thorough induction and robust initial assessment and diagnostics, to ensure that the needs of all learners undertaking the Apprenticeship are met.Ensure full quality compliance with OneFile e-portfolio system to support learners timely progress and meet awarding bodies, ESFA and Ofsted and all internal requirementsUse a blended learning approach including technology to teach learners - online tools, interactive sessions, webinars, remote learning, interactive learning platforms.Conduct study group and 1-1 sessions with managers, leading informal/professional discussions and exploration of latest leadership trends and sharing experiencesContribute to the development and formative assessment to ensure that learning continues to meet individual needs.Respond to learner and employer queries in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring regular contact is maintained for the full duration of the learner journey and qualification.Maintain a safe learning environment, supporting learners in understanding in how to keep themselves, and others, safe and notifying the Safeguarding officers of any risk.To deliver Functional Skills (English, maths and ICT) as part of the overall apprenticeship framework within agreed timelines.Promote the fundamental British Values of Democracy, the rule of Law, Individual Liberty and Mutual Tolerance and respect as well as raising learner's awareness of the Prevent Duty.Deliver outstanding learning and assessment.Support learners to undertake course work and assessments, providing the relevant paperwork and record keeping, to comply with awarding body and end point assessment requirements.Promote and hold high expectations of all learners and what they can achieve.Attend regular standardisation/team meetings to ensure consistency with other assessors and Internal Verifiers.Participate in and drive your own career professional development activities.Update line manager/ Lead IQA on a weekly basis with individual learner progress.Undertake any other duties as and when required Experience 2 years minimum experience of Apprenticeship and Functional Skills led training programmesAbility to plan and deliver outstanding training programmes and workshopsDemonstrate a passion for training and skills through competence, experience and high-level deliveryHigh ethical and professional standards with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external clientsRelevant Assessor and IV qualifications -Relevant teaching qualificationHold at least a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's ServicesExcellent attention to detailExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage day to day relationship with learnersIAG qualification
