Apply now Our Croydon based client requires on-site support based in East London, with frequent trips to Croydon when necessary (client funded). This is a temp to perm position and will be starting immediately. You will be based within a school, managing the on-site facilities administrative duties. Duties include but are not limited to: Service Delivery:- To produce periodic management reports (monthly) from eLog to Facilities/Contract - Manager for inclusion into monthly reports.- To manage the Clients, eLog system.- Carry out filing and archiving regularly.- Creation of Ad Hoc quotations in conjunction with the Account Manager.- Ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested i.e. Typing quotations, correspondence and letters etc.- Continually review processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery- To enter leave requests, sickness and approved absence on site database via the spreadsheets, for site teams- Liaison and Co-operation across the business units to ensure site services are delivered and Additional Works are supported, supporting an ethos of self-delivery where possible- Attendance at all Site Monthly and periodic review meetings when needed, in conjunction with the Facilities/Contract Manager.- Production of new contract log books and documentation in a timely manner.- To log jobs on the helpdesk- Update information on open tasks/notice boardA full job description is available for candidates with relevant experience.
