An out of the box thinker who will effectively lead across the whole HR function from the design, budget and plan of the people strategy. One will have to consider what needs to evolve and change in current processes and influence the company leadership team to adopt new ways and new thinking regarding talent, incentivisation, training and development and organisational design. Previous experience working with SME, start ups, fast growth, highly innovative and creative consultancies in a HR/people capacity is necessary for all candidates.
