YOU - EXPERIENCE AND FUTURE ROLE You will have a background in managing high performing multidisciplinary teams with a .NET focus.It won't suit you if you like to sit back and be a purely strategic / ivory tower type of leader.Ideally, you will be a Head of Development or a position of equivalent seniority at least.This team is fairly new, so it will be crucial that you can drive from the front as you won't have the luxury of a large team who can fix things for you.You will ideally be an advocate for automated build and deployment with continuous integration COMPANY AND PACKAGE This is a role for a large software house in Portsmouth.
