Apply now Title: Head of Resourcing Location: Cambridge Salary: £75,000-£80,000 + Bonus & Benefits Reports to: HRD Reports: 2-4 The client The Group's mission is to design, manufacture, maintain, modify and be at the forefront of engineering excellence and emerging technology be it on land, sea or in the air. The brief You will be responsible for developing the Resourcing function and putting in place infrastructure that enables the Group to have the capability it needs to meet their strategic business objectives. What's your purpose? This is a newly established Resourcing function with minimal infrastructure in place, you will be required to implement and embed new Resourcing Policy, new resourcing processes and implement enabling technologies to attract and retain the top talent at the right time. You will be responsible for putting in place effective recruitment marketing and attraction strategies underpinned by a solid EVP and a clear master story for the business and the resourcing function to use. You will be required to develop and manage the employer brand and its presence across social media platforms and make our career site a place where candidates get excited about applying for our jobs. You will be responsible for putting in place a process that provides both candidates and hiring manager with a great experience from first contact through to onboarding. You will develop a Resourcing function able to proactively source and engage top talent and build pipelines of candidates for key strategic roles across the business. What are we expecting from you?
