Apply now Kelly Services have been engaged to recruit a Head of Products for a Multi-Million pound turnover subsidiary of an instantly recognisable Utility Client based in Surrey. Due to business growth and increased work demand, the client is looking for a commercially astute senior professional to work closely with Heads of Departments and Directors to drive business strategy. The role purpose will be to manage the propositions roadmap for Major Business and SME customers. Delivering new and innovative market leading propositions in line with the strategic objectives of the business.The key responsibilities include: Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work at the Executive Level to set, communicate and drive execution of the strategy in respect of propositionsConduct market and competitor analysis, keeping abreast of trends and ensuringthat the product roadmap remains at the forefront of product innovationDevelop tactical customer offers to drive growth, taking accountability for the progress of enhancements of new standard products and bespoke propositions in response to customer needsLead and coordinate business ownership of terms and conditions for all propositionsAct as subject expert to build awareness and understanding across the business, ensuring internal teams and partners have knowledge of the specifics & key aspects of all propositionsRepresent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on new and existing productsLead performance reviews to ensure high delivery of business objectives and regulatory requirements are fulfilledProvide leadership, inspiration, guidance and rigor to direct reports and project staff The required skills include; Ideally a minimum of 5 years+ in a similar senior strategic commercial role from an Utility/ Energy background with a proven track record in Product and Proposition development and leading a team of product and/or proposition managersEqually you will have over 5 years' experience in influencing decision making at leadership team/board level in delivery of new propositions with a reputation in developing new market segments and delivering innovative solutions to customersIt is essential that the post holder is able to challenge the status quo, working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organizationThe role holder will be adaptable, an inclusive leader, able to effectively evaluate new markets and opportunities to make sure that plansturn into delivery If you consider yourself to be a committed, career driven professional who can demonstrate the above experience, then we would be pleased to hear from you.
