Would you like to be a part of us?We are now looking for an exceptional individual to come in and head up our motivated Operations team, working across a portfolio of multi-million-pound events. You will be working closely with the Managing Director, Event Directors and wider teams to set and manage all operational aspects of our portfolio. Key points:*Take full ownership over operational budgets, planning and forecasting *Team management (4 people)*Manage all venue, contractors, staff, suppliers and speaker logistics*Contract negotiation, floor planning, deliver sponsorship & exhibitor benefits This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Operations Manager to take the next step in their career in a role with limitless autonomy. We are looking for an experienced, organized and methodical individual who thrives on a challenge and loves what they do!
