Due to continued growth they are now looking for a delivery focused and skilled individual You'll need to be passionate about driving teams to deliver high quality projects whilst constantly working to make the business more efficient. We are looking for a candidate who is proven at delivering in a digital agency environment and who wants to drive forward an already successful team. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for the delivery of all projects for the business. You will work across all delivery teams and drive efficiency in production and processes. You will work with Heads of Development, Design and QA to ensure that appropriate resource is available to support in-flight projects, client support needs and new business activity. Quality is paramount in everything the business produces and you will be responsible for ensuring quality is delivered at all times. You will work closely with the project team to define, improve and continually evolve the project management processes and growth of the team. You will play a role in mentoring more junior members of the project team to develop their skills and experience. You will also work with Account Management and Business Development Functions to attend client meetings, clearly communicate plans, and processes and delivery methodology. Requirements 5+ years experience of delivering digital projects in an agency environment.Understanding of technology.The ability to learn and enhance processes.Robust planning and budget management.Effective resource management.Must be highly organised, self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail.Someone who can thrive in an open, challenging and supportive environment.Excellent written and verbal skills.Team Player who is driven and determined to succeed.Someone who is passionate about delivery.An individual with a track record of delivering digital projects.You will have your finger on the pulse when it comes to new technologies, digital ways of working and the commercial benefits to clients.Hard working and willing to go above and beyond to deliver great quality projects.Loves working as part of a team and collaborating with others.Has an interest in troubleshooting and problem solving.A quick learner.
