Apply now This quirky and fast growing multi-channel retail brand is currently seeking a talented Head of Creative to join them in a newly created role. Overseeing a team of 5, you will be responsible for developing amazing ideas to market the brand and products in an innovative and exciting way that is true to the brands personality and values. The ideal candidate should currently be a senior brand manager with experience of developing and executing effective brand and communications strategies for sexy B2C brands, with a top-notch understanding of the principles of brilliant design and copy and how it can influence consumer decision-making. Clued up on the latest retail and omni-channel marketing techniques and best practices, you are a lateral thinker and have a natural ability to analyse and interpret customer insight and leverage it to plan and craft campaign messaging that really connects with people. As well as being highly creative, you must be Commercially savvy with experience managing budgets, justifying spend and measuring results. Outstanding leadership with excellent communication skills and an ability to connect and influence people at all levels of seniority and all areas of the business is a must, although they do not have large teams in place, you must be a real team player and enjoy mentoring and developing others.
