Incepted and funded by a 2 recruiters who floated their last business after 7 years and sold for £70 million, 2 years later are looking to repeat the journey again but this time do it in 5 years! They specialise in Tech recruitment focussing on buoyant growth markets including Cyber, Cloud, Development and Big Data. The Role: Our client is looking for a Head of Contract. You will be given the autonomy to build a team from day 1. The business is looking to aggressively grow and you will be expected to build a team of c 10 pax within 18-24 months. In order to achieve this, you will be given support. The company however wants to build a high quality focussed business and therefore growth will be built upon the numbers being generated rather than adding mass too quickly. You will start off as a hand on biller although in time as the role grows, your day to day billing will become less as you focus on management and strengthening / building / winning client relationships. You will be given a lot of autonomy around the strategy for your division but also taught and mentored about building a sellable business by people who have been there and done it. The Candidate: A proven contract biller (billing £250K + within Tech recruitmentHave had at least some exposure into hiring, trainingHave the energy and ambition to build and scale a contract offeringBe self motivatedOur client is open to the level of person they meet.
