Description The organisation is based in West London and the Head of CRM will be leading a small team of 3 Key responsibilities will include: -Leading on a CRM strategy across acquisition, conversion and loyalty -Lead for all Marketing driven segmentation projects -Leading CRM inputs into review -Tracking CRM analytics -Working with Senior Leadership Team and senior management to understand strategic business. -CRM lead for SalesForce Next Generation Profile - Extensive CRM experience - Strong management skill -Commercial/NFP experience -Immediately available -Availability to commute to West London Job Offer The Head of CRM: - Brilliant day rate - 10 month contract with possible 2 month extension - Experience and motivated team - West London modern offices - Opportunity to work for a leading NFP organisation
