They are a tried and tested talent provider; so you will need to be entrepreneurial, persistent and personable but overall very hands on to spot the full range of opportunities. Much of the business development is warm as the firm already have multiple global accounts that you can work with - you won't need to do bulk new sales appointments. You will have experience of running a team and also be able to hire, train and develop additional account managers as part of the anticipated natural growth, and build efficient management teams using a clear KPI strategy. Furthermore, if you want a mid-term international role there have already identified additional geographics that, once the UK is up and running, you could continue the roll out to e.g. Asia, Europe, then please apply!
