Apply now Our client, a global investment management firm, is looking for a Head of Alternative Investment. [Responsibilites] (1) Lead project execution from pitching to signing, including drafting of all materials, financial analysis and due diligence (2) Analyse, evaluate feasibility of the group's pipelines with an extensive network for a local distribution (3) Manage client expectations and relationships on multiple projects simultaneously (4) Work closely with CEO and Co-heads to advise and support in defining growth strategies and preparing business plans and budgets [Requirements] (1) Minimum 10 years' experience in Alternative Investment (2) Must have experience in managing underlying book of 500 million+ USD (3) Must have strong expertise in private debt and financing (4) Excellent communication & inter-personal skills [Working conditions] (1) Job type: 1 year Contract (renewable) (2) Location: City of London (Bank area) (3) Annual basic salary: 150~200K (negotiable depending on experience) (4) Bonus, pension, life assurance, medical insurance, travel expense, etc. [Before you apply] (1) If you're currently on any visa permitting full-time work in UK, please indicate your visa status in your CV, when it expires and if you have any other plan to extend or switch it to another category.
