Based in stunning London offices and with their 'people plan' at top of their agenda with regards to their growth plan. They are now looking for an HR Manager to join their London HQ to facilitate the continued expansion of their EMEA operation.Your new roleReporting to the Global HR Director who is also based in the London HQ, you will be responsible for the London HR operations and also EMEA projects. You will work closely with Senior Stakeholders, partnering with the business and providing advice on all aspects of HR. You will be analytical and be able to assess reports to provide advice and help guide the business. Your responsibility will cover the London office, two factories and also the office in the north. You will be responsible for liaison with outsourced partners for HR benefits, Admin and Payroll. This is a global business, so you will also be responsible for relocation and immigration of staff throughout the international company.What you'll need to succeedYou will be experienced and happy within a standalone HR role responsible for the UK operations. HR Manager Experience will include working/advising both a white-collar and blue-collar population. You will have experience in reporting and impeccable communications skills, this role will frequently require communication throughout the business and interaction with key stakeholders and senior executives. You will be comfortable working on strategical and operational initiatives whilst also providing administrative support and advice.
