Apply now HR Manager (part time 27.5 hours per week) - £50,000-£54,000 pro rata + Benefits I am currently recruiting for a large Logistics organisation based in Heathrow for a HR Manager, this role is newly created for the business and offers the opportunity to put your own stamp on it, shape and develop the HR function. The company comprises 4 depots with the UK, with around 175 employees, no travel is required to other locations. The role is supported by 2 HR Administrators based in their India office. Responsibilities Responsible for managing all aspects of HR for the organisation.Managing the team in India to ensure the relevant 5-year checks are carried out in a timely fashion for all employees and subcontractors. The checks are required to be carried out in line with Civil Aviation Authority guidelines.Dealing with employee grievances.Helping to ensure the company is compliant with all aspects of employment law.Helping to shape and develop the company's HR policies and procedures.Maintaining the employee record databases, both electronic and hard versions.Helping to develop an effective recruitment policy and assisting with certain aspects thereof.Any other HR related activities. Requirements Be CIPD qualified, having experience of managing a HR team would be beneficial.Must have at least 3 years commercial experience working in a HR generalist role.
