Apply now We are delighted to be working with a reputable organisation based in East Sussex, to assist with the recruitment for a CIPD Qualified HR Manager. This HR Manager role is a maternity contract position for up to 12 months. Duties will include: Providing professional support, advice and guidance across all aspects of the education sector including Employee Relations and other general HR matters Overseeing the recruitment processesLine management and coaching of the HR AdvisorsWorking alongside the HR Director and assisting with complex project work Experience/Qualifications required: CIPD qualified or equivalent experience in a generalist HR roleProven HR Management experience - preferably within the education sectorKnowledge of employment law, HR Policies, practices and proceduresKey interest in ER and knowledge of equality legislationKnowledge of payroll & pensions within the public sectorExperience of working within the Education and/or public sector is desirable but not essential If you have the above experience and you are available for a 12 month contract, please apply asap.
