Our people are our biggest asset, and we're looking for a HR Consultant to support our HR function in Gibraltar. The leadership team and business as a whole have been through a transformation so this is a very rewarding role. Supporting the HR Business Partner you'll build close relationships with middle management team and senior leaders. You'll understand their goals and challenges, and together you'll embed a leadership culture that supports and delivers our business objectives. You'll be responsible for the full scope of HR activities and the driving our corporate policies, processes and procedures. You'll drive the recruitment process, including benchmarking and contracts. Will lead some localized projects or contribute to global initiatives if and when required. You'll coach and support managers to instill positive behaviours and set a good example as well as own the Employee Survey in association with the nominated client owners. This will include agreeing focus areas and priorities with client groups on issues such as MI, learning & Development etc. linked to the people plan. You'll be a HR Manager or in a similar HR service delivery role level seeking your next step in the Business Partner area. You'll be CIPD qualified with the ability to make a contribution to the business strategy. You'll have a generalist background with experience of the recruitment process, business performance and managing complex issues. You can work autonomously, and have the confidence to build your credibility through honest conversations. We'd prefer you to come from a digital or online company background, but you could also bring valuable experience from other industries which share our pride in our people.
