Our Client, a FTSE 250 listed company, is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner with International experience, who will be responsible for the delivery of the operational functions within this impressive Multinational organisation.The ideal candidate will demonstrate considerable experience as a Lead HR Business partner working with senior leaders delivering HR leadership for functional management, talent acquisition and change management within a large International complex organisation, ideally in a corporate environment. This dynamic organisation requires, an individual who is comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and possesses a can do approach with the energy and resilience required to deliver support and change effectively in a dynamic, multinational environment. You will be structured in approach and an effective communicator with a strong business acumen. You will be Educated to Degree level or equivalent, possess the appropriate professional qualifications and HR training. This role will require some travel.
