Apply now Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Location: Covering the Swindon Area Annual Salary: Up to £23,000 (dependent on skills and experience) Our client, UK Landscapes, provides a full range of highly professional services for the commercial sector including grounds maintenance, winter services, landscaping and arboricultural works. With over 25 years' experience UK Landscapes delivers high quality services utilising high tech. support to provide operational visibility to both the company and its clients. Due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to cover sites in and around the Swindon area. The Team Leader role is full time and permanent. The role will start from 1st April 2018. Duties will include leading a 2/3 person team and delivering services including grass mowing, strimming, litter collection, leaf clearance, hedge and shrub pruning to an agreed customer specification. Paramount importance is placed of working safely at all times in accordance with Company and Customers safe systems of work and quality processes The role also includes requirement to log in and out of customer and head office systems using tablets - past experience of using iPads to do this is preferred. Candidates should have past experience in leading a small team and supervising grounds maintenance, landscaping, gardening or outdoor work.A full and valid UK driving licence is essential for this role - and candidates should be aware of this requirement in making an application.PA1/PA6 is also preferred but not essential.
