Graduate Recruitment Consultant - What to expect? Train with like minded consultants and be mentored to move through the company and grow your own business. All senior members of staff are organically grown from consultant level therefore there is a clear career progression. Your earnings? Salary: £20,000 + basic, £40,000 realistic 1st year OTE (£75,000 + OTE regularly achieved by Graduate Recruitment Consultants in their 2nd year) Where we are based? Digital / IT offices: In the heart of the City, less than a minute's walk from Liverpool Street station. A focused and competitive environment where the emphasis is on 'work hard, play hard'. Our London office includes; Pool table, fully stock beer / wine fridge, chill out sofas and weekly PT sessions! What does a Premier Group Graduate Consultant role look like? Starting with our thorough 16-week training programme (IMPACT) covering all key aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. Source clients and candidates via business tools such as Cube19 and Source Breaker alongside headhunting. Facilitate interview processes, gain feedback and make the deal.
