Primary responsibilities Become a proficient user of the company's products in order to provide technical support to a highly technical client basePerform Quality Assurance testing on the full range of the company's comprehensive technical portfolioWork on the development of test automation tools to continually improve the quality of releasesManage the company's build system, and liaise with the product delivery manager to create builds and releases as neededExposure to Pre-Sales technical support Skills, Experience & Personal Qualities Essential Degree level in Computer Science or Computer Systems Engineering or related degreeSolid knowledge of C / C++ programmingProficient Linux command-line userExperience with Git or similar SCM toolExcellent scripting knowledge (ideally at least one of Bash, Python, Perl)Good technical, analytical and problem solving skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressureEnthusiastic, creative, motivated and keen to learn
