Their culture of creativity and the desire to drive influence at an increasing level has earnt them multiple "PR Consultancy of the year" awards. Their ethos is directed specifically towards the requirements of the client and this has helped them secure the PR responsibilities of a 38 Billion dollar business in the Dubai region. This international PR Consultancy firm are now looking to train the next generation of internal Recruitment Consultants for 2018. This role is particularly lucrative, with a negotiable starting salary (£23,000-£25,000) depending on previous experience and an uncapped commission structure that can see first year OTE exceeding £47,000. This opportunity provides a target-driven work environment for the graduates, with monthly lunch clubs at top restaurants, car targets and quarterly expenses-paid holidays (Las Vegas, Dubai) all accessible to high performers. Experience in PR is highly advantageous, however, candidates with a strong sales background will also be considered. The Role You will be responsible for sourcing and contacting new businesses with the intention of building long standing relationships with the leading companies in the PR world. You will source new candidates for the business and provide consultative services your clients relating to their market. Requirements The candidate will ideally be educated to degree level in Media Studies, Public relations or a relevant discipline. They must be willing to learn and be looking for a career that will reward them financially for high performance. A candidate with a confident and motivated personality, who enjoys working with people, will be particularly strong.
