It is from these experienced professionals that our new graduates will learn the trade. We are offering graduates a starting salary of £22,000 combined with performance dependent commission leading to first year OTE exceeding £37,000. You'll take responsibility for the following aspects: advising clients about the letting processsetting up viewings and showing potential tenants around the propertyselecting responsible, reliable tenantspreparing tenancy agreements and inventoriesmeeting landlords and advising on rents A successful candidate will fit the following profile Driven and ambitiousMotivated by high potential earningsA proven work ethicProfessional and personable, both on the phone and face to faceAbility to Communicate effectively both written and verbally
