This will involve managing the weekly manufacturing slot plan meeting as well as generating and managing the weekly slot plan.Additional responsibilities will include liaising with the Manufacturing and Marketing departments to ensure system configurations are reviewed and released in a timely fashion. The successful candidate will also work closely with Sales Operations and Manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and managed throughout the build process to ensure shipment dates are met. Working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure revenue requirements are met in line with current build schedules, this role will also be responsible for factory liaison with the European sales team and will be the contact point for all European capital system commercial activity.Skills and Experience:The successful candidate must have good communication skills and the ability to problem solve to meet business demands. Experience in the use of Microsoft office applications, specifically excel and a good knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle desirable) is essential.
