We supply consultants and technology resources across a wide range of sectors, across the UK and the rest of Europe. We are a dynamic team with a gift for providing our clients and candidates with exactly what they want. As we continue to grow and progress in the industry, we are looking to hire 4 recent graduates to start our bespoke training program with the objective of becoming permanent recruitment consultants. The Package Young and energetic work environmentThorough, One-to-One training£22,000 - £25,000 starting salaryGenerous commission structure allowing consultants first year OTE to exceed £43,000Performance driven targets including Monthly Lunch Clubs, Quarterly Expenses-Paid Holidays to destination such as Dubai and Vegas, Extra Holiday, Private Healthcare, Wine Club Your Role You will be responsible for sourcing and shortlisting appropriate candidates using a variety of means including phone calls, emails and computer software. This will be followed by interviewing the best candidates and organizing candidate and client meetings. You will also need to build and develop relationships with new clients using sales, business development and marketing techniques. You will develop an expert level of understanding of your clients companies and their industry with the objective of providing consultative services to them.
