As a Conference Producer, you will take on responsibility for the production and project management of both established events and new launches. You will build your own conference from scratch, researching the hot topics and trends in their industry by speaking with key stakeholders, generating an exciting and creative agenda and securing top executives to participate as conference speakers, chairs and panellists, in order to create a commercially successful event. This is a classic project management role with high financial reward through a lucrative profit share offering. Key Requirements: • Interest in international business; • Strong academics - at least a 2:1 in an academic subject; • 6 months+ commercial experience; • Confident, clear communicator and comfortable performing telephone research; • Strong business acumen and entrepeurnial flair; • Very detail oriented; • Extremely organised and intuitive.
