The directors of this company have a combined total of 40 years of experience spanning the IT and recruitment industry, allowing them to build an impressive client base. The companies extensive experience has led to the development of a bespoke training programme that has consistently led to rapid career progression to managerial positions for graduates and first year OTE exceeding £45,000. The company's client base can be immediately utilised by new employees and provides an opportunity to learn and develop their skills in real life circumstances. The nature of the work lends itself to a fast-paced work environment with consistent day-to-day variation. The Role You will be required to source, interview and assess prospective candidates using methods such as phone calls, emails and advertising. You will then shortlist the best candidates and organise further interviews for the candidates with your company client base. Further responsibilities will also include contacting existing and potential clients with the objective of generating new business for the company. The clients will include many of the leading organizations in the Business Intelligence sector, including Qliktech, Microsoft and SAP. Requirements Recent University Graduate (2.2 or above) Driven, outgoing personality Money Motivated Exceptional work ethic with demonstrated examples Experience in BI/Analytics sector advantageous but not mandatory
