The business continues to grow (headcount expected to double by 2020), and develop into exciting new products (trading volumes doubled since 2014/15!); offering new employees a very entrepreneurial, fast paced and changing environment to work in. RESPONSIBILITIES: Settlement analyst responsible for LNG, gas & power, emissions and FX settlementTo handle physical trade settlement including trades details review, due date control and billing from ETRM system and SAP including:Reviewing contracts/service agreements for settlement purposesBooking the purchases and sales in SAP through the interfaceRecording and checking payment due datesPrice confirmation with counterparties and billing/invoicing of sales with provisional and final invoices and netting statementTo ensure incoming & outgoing funds receipt or payment shall value on time, if any delay in payment, interest shall be applied as per contract, AR Ageing follow-upProcess secondary costs includes additional costSupply weekly cash forecasting for Treasury detailing purchases and sales in order to provision cash flowLiaising with traders and operators to resolve disputes and ensure accurate and timely payments and receiptsResolving third party disputesTo carry out with the procedure/process implemented in ETRM, SAP and other network systemMonth-end process (accruals and balance reconciliation)To provide trading performance analysis informationTo work on IT change request EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Educated to bachelor degree level as a minimum requirementPrevious work based relevant experience, with thorough understanding of the settlement process and industry related compliance requirementsSettlement experience in LNG, power and Gas is necessary, ideally with LC KnowledgeProficient in Microsoft Office and trading/accounting system (Endur and SAP experience definitely is a plus).Excellent team working and networking skillsPossess good interpersonal and communication skillsEnergetic, enthusiastic, positive and proactive.
