About the role • Planning and Organization• Communication Creativity and ability to display initiative • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure• Strong awareness of current market trends• Ability to work as part of a team• CAD and Photoshop experience • Good drawing skillsAbout you Previous experience designing women's footwear for the UK high street At least two years experience working for either a Brand or supplier to the high street. Previoulsy worked in a fast paced enviromentA good and solid understanding of footwear construction Strong commercial knowledge , able to deal with overseas factories First class communicator Have exceptional understanding of Photoshop & Illustrator.
