Champneys Health Resort Henlow is looking for someone who is keen for the next move within their F&B career. The Role: To support the Food & Beverage Manager and the Assistant Food & Beverage manager in all aspect of the restaurant operation. As a luxury restaurant, it is important that all of the staff are continually trained in order to provide great customer service to our guests. You will supervise and assign tasks to ensure the completion of daily cleaning of the restaurants, service areas and equipment, to ensure high levels of presentation. To assume the responsibility of mise-en-place and basic administration in the absence of the restaurant manager including; reservations and departure lists, ensuring all tasks are completed prior to service, ensuring booking sheets are prepared and pre-taken bookings are booked in. You will be responsible for handling guest's comments (and complaint resolution) as well as ensuring the team are fully supported with all issues regarding customer complaints in order to ensure a great dining experience for our guests.
