Within this role you will be implementing your experienced management skills to cover management absences within your region and deliver support to management colleagues. You will be responsible for: Covering management absence across the north west within multiple services.Assisting management teams within services who need extra support.Day to day leading and management of staff within the service.Ensuring Company Policies and Regulations are followed.Ensuring the needs and preferences of the people supported are met through person centered planning.Assisting senior management in monitoring and reviewing services.Taking responsibility for the overall supervision and management of staff within the company framework.On-call duties If you feel you are suitable for this position and possess the relevant skills required, please apply now or call Hollie at turro for an informal chat about the role!The ideal person for this role will have: - A minimum Level 5 NVQ Health and Social Care or equivalent. - Previous managerial experience. - A strong Knowledge of fundamental standards. - The ability to hit the ground running in each service and adapt to the different settings. - A full driving license with access to your own vehicle. - Flexibility and the ability to travel. - Experience within supported living and a residential environment. - Experience working with people with mental health and Learning Disabilities. - Problem solving skills and the ability to manage turn around and change. - A person-centered approach.
