We have an exciting new role delivering a professional and efficient support service to the Fire & Security Contracts Manager. You'll provide vital Support in a compliance workstream (Fire & Security Servicing) and provide direction to contractors and others to ensure compliance is met. About the job: Carry out site inspections to ensure that works completed by contractors are to the required standard and meet with regulatory requirement. Co-ordinate and ensure response and resolution to complaints, co-ordinating activities and resources for Fire & Security Servicing compliance policies and projects Technical direction to contractors, review of Keystone &Northgate reports to monitor compliance of the work stream. Ensure works which are undertaken are correctly recorded and carried out to current required standards and within Group policy guidelines. Supervision of contractors to ensure the highest level of compliance in line with regulation/legislation and Group policy. Monitor the delivery of the servicing / major works programme taking ownership of the resource allocation to ensure all works are completed within set timescales. Attendance at contract meetings, production of minutes and actions Review data accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with statutory, regulatory and policy &process requirements. Interrogate systems to retrieve, analyse and interpret data in support of the Compliance team. Produce management reports on performance and identify exceptions that prompt service recovery/service improvements in a timely manner. Undertake day to day management of compliance works. Work with the team to ensure robust data integrity across all compliance areas including maintenance of databases. About you: Knowledge and understanding on Fire & Security systems.Self motivated.Provides advice regarding standard issues.Focuses delivery on immediate operational priorities.Identifies areas of non-compliance and escalates issues where necessary.Consistently delivers a good quality service to all customers; escalates issues where required.Acts as a technical resource for colleagues.Organises own work to meet timeframes and deadlines.Solves standard and non-standard problems, choosing from a range of standard or routine methods/processes.Prepares and provides accurate and timely written and verbal communication.Due to the nature of this role you will be a car driver with use of own transport.
