The opportunity- Fintech - Renewals Sales Team Leader This role presents an opportunity to join a fast-paced business with significant growth plans. The opportunity will give you the chance to work within a dynamic environment as the Renewals Sales Team Leader, retaining the customer base and driving repeat business to achieve the company's sales objectives. Key Accountabilities of the Fintech - Renewals Sales Team Leader To drive the team to achieve a numbers sales target of funded deals per month and to monitor them against specific KPIS: Outbound Dial RateSubmission RateEngagement Rate To ensure the day to day operational function of Renewals is met and undertaken effectively and efficiently.Provide an excellent service to both internal and external customers; communicating effectively and courteously; and providing information and advice on matters relating to Renewals functions and processes.To offer continued training to support a best practice in the sales process, which takes the customer from enquiry to submission in one call.To monitor the renewals conversion rate and offer improvements to current reporting ensuring full visibility of Renewals across the business.To evaluate current processes and reporting and improve them to maximise each executives time and conversion rate.Be responsible for the line management of four Renewals Sales Executives; including allocation of workload on a day to day basis, the provision of support and guidance, implementing PDPs and quarterly OKRs.Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals and regular 1-2-1 meetings with direct reports, incorporating the evaluation of learning and development needs.Proactively identify areas of work that can be streamlined and developed to ensure the objectives of the team are achieved.Achieve excellent and consistent customer satisfaction results for all renewal-related enquiries.Engage in renewals sales coaching with our procured services, Call Squad, to ensure they are performing at the highest standard Requirements for the Fintech - Renewals Sales Team Leader Strong numerical skillsRetention experienceSupervisory and line management experienceGood analytical skillsSales training experienceStrong sales skills - rapport builder, trustworthy, intuitive This role will pay a competative salary of up to £35,000 + company benefits with excellent opportunities for progression For more information please contact Amanda Brown @ CRS
