Apply now Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting for a market leading private sector organisation who are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team. It is a position that has been bought about by an internal restructure and you will be working closely with the Head of Financial Accounting, your responsibilities will include: - Take the lead on producing financial reports to be reported externally.- Advise, challenge and coach budget holders and directors on financial performance-Sole control of reviewing the nominal ledger and advise on driving through changes as and where they're needed. - Play a prominent role in ensuring the integrity of the audit and act as the point of contact for both internal and external auditors. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified chartered accountant (ACA or equivalent) that is highly academic. The ideal candidate will be a strong influencer and communicator - who can build and maintain relationships internally and externally. A strong understanding of accounting standards is crucial, and this position is ideal for those coming from a practice background originally and has moved out into an accounting role.
