Apply on employer's website The Board of the Albany, a ground-breaking performing arts centre, is looking to appoint a Trustee with financial experience to its Board and as Chair of the Finance Subcommittee. This is a non-executive, voluntary role. This is an interesting role for an experienced finance professional seeking to contribute to the cultural sector. The Finance Chair works with the Trustees and Executive Team to ensure sound financial management and compliance with statutory requirements. They will help interpret financial data, drawing out key discussion areas and implications around future opportunities thereby supporting strategic planning and enabling us to thrive as an organisation. Appropriate experience including company management accounts and qualifications in financial management is required. An understanding of charity accounting would be highly advantageous.Â
