Working within the Finance team, you will be responsible for producing timely, accurate and reliably consistent reports to senior management. You will need to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach As Finance Business Partner your responsibilities will include: FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Completion of monthly management accounts in line with company reporting deadlines.Completion of all balance sheet reconciliations ready for review with the Head of Finance.Liaison with Operational teams to ensure accuracy of month end results.Responsible for ensuring management accounts team maintain local compliance with VAT and other taxes.Completion of quarterly VAT returnsAssisting in budget preparation TEAM DEVELOPMENT Team development, including role expansion and personal development of team members.Provide guidance and on-the-job training for team.Complete internal performance appraisal process for upto 3 direct reports. YEAR END & AUDIT Assist with planning of annual audit program.Prepare and review audit documentation to support external audit.Primary contact for external auditors Essential Experience: Qualified professional accountant CIMA or ACAExperience as a finance business partnerAble to understand and explain complex accounting issues to all levels within the business including non-finance professionals.Experience with IFRS and listed company reporting requirements.Experience of dealing with external and internal auditors and preparing any required analyses.
