Apply now Are you a Facilities Technician with an Electrical qualification? We are recruiting for an electrically qualified Facilities Technician to join this leading building services company based in the West Midlands. Working hours Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 plus on 1 in 4 weekends. Salary £26,000 per annum, 21 days holiday + statutory entitlement and pension. As Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative/reactive maintenance and repair works at multiple train stations, predominantly in the Rugby and Coventry area however you could also be expected to cover stations in and around Birmingham. Duties could include unblocking of toilets, electrical installations/ repairs/ testing, mechanical maintenance and general labouring duties as required so you must be willing to get your hands dirty! You will be a hands on individual who is organised with the ability to react quickly to a variety of circumstances that may arise with a willingness to pick up overtime when required. This is a client facing role so the key to success is to ensure the client is happy on a daily basis! This role would suit individuals who have worked in the following positions; Facilities Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Technician, Facilities coordinator.   Meridian Business Support is acting on behalf of our Client as a Recruitment Agency.
