Our Client is currently recruiting for a Facility Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the meeting room facilities and support the Facilities Manager and Client Services, Manager. Working in a corporate and friendly environment near the West End you will be responsible for managing client bookings from initial queries through to room preparation, ensuring the maintenance of the venue and re-setting the rooms after meetings. The successful candidate will ideally come from a hospitality/catering background. **Interviews will be taking place the week commencing the 5th March** Role Description: Taking clients bookings and responding to client queries and requests.Administration of bookings and collecting client needs for forthcoming Research study.Working closely with the clients on the day developing excellent client relations.Room preparation for the day off /night before the study.Assisting in re-setting rooms after focus groups.Ensuring the maintenance of the venue to the highest standardsBecoming competent in the use of in-house technical and IT equipment and reporting any issues to our AV suppliers.Answering the main reception telephone line and transferring calls.Being proactive in improving the service of the research studio'sWorking on a front desk environment.Building maintenance including performing health and safety and fire safety requirements.Delivering and clears catering requirements to the studios in a timely manner. Skills/ Requirements Experience in an event/ hospitality/catering/hotel environmentexcellent personal presentationgood telephone manner and communications skillsGood organisations and administration skills with attention to details and a pro-active approach to workThis is a busy operational role, requiring morning and evening shiftsWeekends are required on occasionMust be able to work in both facilities (central London and Wimbledon)Experience in market research facilities is a plus.
