You'll love: Maintaining high standards in everything you doHelping colleagues deliver fantastic serviceAdapting to new processesFast-paced work environmentsYou will: Line-manage reception, post room and bus drivers/handymenSource and supervise contractors Inc. cleanersOversee Fire Wardens, Health & Safety Reps and First Aiders, ensuring the safety of all staff and visitors.Carry out weekly Fire Alarm testing, Monthly Emergency Lighting testing, 6-monthly Fire Drills, annual Risk and Fire Risk Assessments.Oversee staff car parking Source and order ad hoc items such as office furniture.Have good organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. A flexible approach is important to this role.Have good IT skillsHave a full Clean UK Driving License
