Apply now A vacancy exists for a Facilities Co-ordinator to take responsibility for coverage across the various sites of aproperty portfolio in Luton.You will be responsible for the maintenance of the Property Compliance database liaising with contractors where appropriate and assisting with H S compliance issues and administering the access control systems for all sites.With experience of dealing with CCTV systems maintenance and review this will form an important part of your role together with ensuring the compliance of other members of staff across the sites and advising on security issues. Wed like you to have a clean drivers licence, be IT literate and have previous extensive experience in the industry. This role is day shift only with hours of 8am to 5pm 5 days a week.
