As Facilities Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring all day to day operations and functions operate smoothly across the business functions. Our Client is a leading Cleaning provider across the South East of England who pride themselves on delivering first class services, building long-term relationships and going above and beyond to support their client's needs. Duties: Effectively manage day to day tasks as required by the Commercial DirectorComplete reports on a weekly basis as requiredSupport recruitment requirements across the businessContract commencement duties during the contract mobilisation stagesRespond to incoming contract change requestsComplete material and consumable orders and send through as per company practiceEnsure all staff maintains safe working practices through implementation of Company, BICSs and Health & Safety StandardsEnsure all H&S documentation including COSHH, RAMS etc., are up to dateLiaise with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvementLiaise with Customers and Clients as requiredTo ensure that all office paperwork is current and up to dateEnsure invoices are managed, updated and logged on the system and acted on accordinglyLogging new equipment to correct site and ensure serial numbers are logged. Essential Skills/Knowledge: Troubleshooting knowledgeAbility to develop the roleDevelop and work towards business objectivesMicrosoft Office - Excellent knowledge.
