Your new role They have a new opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join them as a finance lead, driving a small team of management accountants to partner a range of sites in the UK. The responsibilities will include monthly management reporting, balance sheet accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and statutory accounting. In this role you would be partnering with a range of site leads and driving, mentoring and managing a team of around 3 staff.What you'll need to succeedThe right person for the role will be fully qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA with a stable track record working in management accounting positions. They will be confident in monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting and have good analytical skills. Personal qualities required include confidence, drive, strong interpersonal skills with good influential capabilities.
